Good stuff for recovery

I ordered some Bruise Juice after a pretty intense grappling session. Got it in about 5 days, which was cool. It actually helped quite a bit with the soreness and the purpling. I put it on my shoulder and wrist, and it felt soothing. Easy to use too, not sticky or anything. Overall, I had a good experience with it and would probably get it again.

Detailed review of Dit Da Jow kit

I decided to try the White Tiger Dit Da Jow herb kit. The ordering process was straightforward on their website. It shipped out the next day and arrived in about six days via standard shipping. Everything was well-packed in a sturdy box, and the herbs themselves were in clearly labeled bags. I also got one of their glass jars for infusion, which was a good quality, thick glass. I followed the preparation instructions that came with the kit, which were easy to understand. The kit included all the necessary ingredients, and the herb quality looked good, no dust or debris. I haven't used the aged liniment yet, since it's still infusing, but based on the initial quality and delivery, I'm satisfied. Customer service wasn't needed, so I can't comment on that. So far, a solid experience.

Consistent quality, fast delivery

I've ordered from Plum Dragon Herbs a few times now, mainly their Dit Da Jow herb kits. This time I got the Ancestors Advanced Dit Da Jow. Just like before, the herbs arrived fresh and well-packaged. The instructions were clear, as always. I appreciate that they're consistent; every kit has been good quality. Shipping was pretty quick, got to me in about 4 days, maybe a day faster than my last order. It's why I keep coming back, I know what to expect and they deliver.

Decent price for Iron Palm

I needed some Iron Palm for my training and was looking around for a good deal. Found Plum Dragon Herbs and they had a decent price on the Ku Yu Cheung Iron Palm kit. It wasn't the cheapest I'd seen, but with the reviews, I figured it was worth it. Shipping was fair, and the kit arrived well-packaged. I felt like I got good value for my money, especially considering the quality of the herbs inside. Happy with the purchase.

Is there a first-time buyer discount or something? Want to try some tonic herbs but don't want to pay full price if I don't have to.

R Robert Evans 1 week ago
Yeah, usually if you sign up for their email list you get a code. I think mine was 10% off.

Check around for a newsletter signup popup, that's how I got my first order discount. They send out more codes via email too.

Can I use more than one coupon code at checkout? Got a loyalty one and a newsletter one.

B Brian Garcia 1 month ago
Nah, usually it's one code per order. Most places don't let you stack 'em.

I tried that once, didn't work. You can only use one code at a time.

How are returns if I get a kit and decide it's not for me? Like, if the herbs are still sealed?

R Richard N. 1 month ago
They're pretty good about it, I returned an unopened herb kit once. Just make sure it's unused and in its original packaging.

Returns were easy for me, just hit up their customer service. They give you a window to do it.

Thinking of trying their Dit Da Jow. How long does it actually take to get to me in, say, California?

S Susan Perez 4 weeks ago
Mine usually arrives in about 4-5 business days to LA. Not super fast but not bad for herbs.

Ordered a kit to San Jose last month, took about a week. Depends on what you get I guess.

hey, anyone used their iron palm stuff before? wondering if it's legit or just marketing hype.

A Ashley Gonzalez 1 week ago
Yeah, I got the Ku Yu Cheung kit a few months back. Definitely feels like the real deal, not watered down junk. My hands are noticeably tougher.

They're pretty well known in martial arts circles, afaik. I've seen their products mentioned on a few forums when people talk about traditional liniments. They lab test their herbs too, which is a good sign.

Curious how Plum Dragon Herbs compares to Mountain Rose Herbs for bulk herbs. Any thoughts?

J Justin Thomas 4 weeks ago
Plum Dragon is more focused on the TCM stuff, especially liniments and kits. Mountain Rose has a wider variety of general culinary/tea herbs.

S Sam Martinez 3 weeks ago
Yeah, if you're looking for Dit Da Jow or Iron Palm specifically, Plum Dragon is probably the better bet. Mountain Rose is good for general bulk herbs, but their specialty isn't really the martial arts liniment side.

Anyone know if their military discount is good? Or if it's just a tiny percentage off?

E Emma R. 1 month ago
I'm pretty sure they do offer one, you just have to confirm it somehow. Check their site, it should be listed in the FAQ or a special page.

My buddy used it, said it was decent. Better than nothing, usually 10-15% range.
